Withdrawal Form

This is the model withdrawal form under the angrerettloven (the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, annex to the associated regulation). You may use this form if you wish to withdraw from the agreement, but it is not mandatory. You can also notify us in any other unambiguous way, for example via the contact form or through Paddle (paddle.net), which is the seller of the subscription. The deadline is 14 days from the date the agreement was entered into. See the right of withdrawal section of the Terms of Use for how withdrawal works for an ongoing digital service.

I/we hereby give notice that I/we wish to withdraw from my/our agreement for the purchase of the following:

• Service: qsy subscription (state Pro or Business, and monthly or yearly plan)
• The agreement was entered into on: (date of purchase)

• Email address the account is registered with:
• Date:

A signature is only required if the form is submitted on paper.

Once we receive your notice, we will confirm receipt without undue delay. Any refund is made through Paddle to the same payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we received your withdrawal notice. If you asked for the service to be delivered immediately, a proportionate amount is deducted for the period from purchase until withdrawal, as described in section 26 of the angrerettloven.

In case of any conflict between the Norwegian and English versions of this page, the Norwegian version prevails.
